Delete your account

AsEdeyHOT, by the AsEdeyHOT team

In the app: go to your profile, open Settings, and tap Delete account. Your account is deleted straight away, and you're signed out on every phone.

By email: if you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my AsEdeyHOT account". Include your username. We'll confirm by email, then delete the account within 30 days.

What we delete

Your profile: name, username, photo and bio.
Your posts (with their photos) and your comments.
Your messages and reactions in chats and groups, the places and people you follow, and your settings.
Your email address, passkeys, sign-in sessions and push notification tokens.

What we may keep

Games you played stay in the other players' history, and heat-ups you gave stay in the counts, under "Deleted account", with nothing that says who you were. Copies in backups go when those backups expire. We may keep a record of reports about your account for up to a year to deal with abuse, or longer if the law requires it.
